Funds credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, free bet, or any other marketing incentive, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
The identity and address verification process required by Mikey88 before processing a Player's first withdrawal or upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
The total amount a Player must bet before any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winings may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 35x) applied to the bonus amount or deposit + bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
Countries or territories from which access to and use of Mikey88 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Platform's operational policies, as updated from time to time.

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account with Mikey88. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name (as per your MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), date of birth, contact email address, and preferred currency. Mikey88 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information provided.
The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an Account with Mikey88: (a) employees, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of Mikey88 or any of its affiliated entities; (b) persons residing in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (c) any person who has been subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Mikey88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available on all accounts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
You must notify Mikey88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials. Mikey88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate credential security or has knowingly shared login information with third parties.
All bets placed and transactions conducted from your Account are your sole responsibility. Mikey88 will not reverse bets placed as a result of your credentials being used — whether by yourself or an unauthorised third party — unless there is clear evidence of a Platform-side security breach.
Mikey88 accepts deposits via the following channels: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and Ethereum (ETH). All accounts operated in Malaysia are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to the equivalent MYR value at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction, as determined by Mikey88. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the Mikey88 KYC verification process. Players must submit: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License); (b) proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement); and (c) a selfie holding the submitted identification document. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 3–60 minutes for transactions via local banking channels including DuitNow and FPX during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours, subject to network confirmation times. Mikey88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews for withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been used for at least one successful deposit on the Account, or to verified bank accounts registered in the Player's name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited. Mikey88 may request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk controls.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referal bonuses, and any other promotional incentives offered by Mikey88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Standard bonus expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of bonus credit. Upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering requirement will result in the automatic voiding of the outstanding Bonus Balance and any associated wagering-locked winnings.
While a Bonus Balance is active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game event is MYR 50 (or the equivalent in other accepted currencies), unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's specific terms. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided, at Mikey88's sole discretion.
The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and/or permanent Account closure: (a) use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) low-risk betting patterns (e.g., hedging, betting on all outcomes) designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk; (c) systematic play on excluded games while a bonus is active; (d) use of automated tools or software to clear bonuses; (e) any coordinated activity with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Mikey88 operates a birthday bonus programme and Refer-a-Friend programme. Birthday bonuses are credited based on the Player's current VIP tier and are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Referral bonuses are credited upon successful registration and first qualifying deposit by the referred player. Both programmes are subject to verification checks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; (c) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data collection tools on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mikey88 shall not be liable to any Player for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity; (c) interruption or suspension of Platform services for maintenance, security, or technical reasons; (d) actions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or internet service providers.
Mikey88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the12-month period preceding the date of the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits Mikey88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Mikey88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
